We commonly provide a range of strategic planning services to clients, such as developing new service models, and reviewing full property portfolios for targeted upgrade work.
Over the last few years we have specialised in applying for grant money for building work for our clients, with almost $12million being granted since 2020.

School Workshops
Salvation Army - Inner City Homeless Persons Accommodation Strategy - a review of eleven sites providing refuge and rehabilitation accommodation and support. Various development options were developed and costed.
RAAFA RAC significant improvements - review of eight sites in and around Perth, including aged care, retirement living and licensed clubs inline with the client's priorities of increasing capacity and addressing dementia design principles.
Salvation Army - Batemans Bay Corp design development
Uniting Building Design Guide - developed as part of an organisational restructure involving significant capital works. Consultation involved around 50 people from across NSW. The outcome was a set of guidelines for new buildings and the systematic refurbishments of existing buildings.
