Pam Palmer House is a staged aged care refurbishment creating improved communal, wellness and outdoor facilities within Peninsula Villages. Consultation and masterplanning were guided by Dementia Training Australia design principles supporting people living with dementia and other frailties. The works delivered an accessible teahouse, renewed gardens, an improved wellness centre and clearer, more welcoming entry and club spaces.
