Holy Family Services is a new residential aged care home for 60 people within an established retirement and community-services campus. Consultation focused on familiar housing forms, communal gatherings and the needs of its predominantly Polish community. The design establishes smaller households, domestic kitchens, accessible courtyards, clear orientation and discreet service routes that reduce the institutional character of care.
