BlueWave Living is a staged aged care refurbishment creating self-contained households within an occupied facility. Consultation and staff training were guided by Dementia Training Australia’s design principles to support organisational change. The completed works improved wayfinding, orientation and garden access while establishing domestic kitchens and a central community space.
