Tom joined Constructive Dialogue after six years working in professional practice in London. He has a passion for education projects and has worked on a number of schools and early years centres in the UK since graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2005. Tom enjoys working with others and is keen to involve building users in the design process. He took part in the RIBA's Designing a Greener London project, collaborating with a primary school in southeast London to develop a new outdoor classroom, designed and built by teachers and students. Since joining Constructive Dialogue, he has collaborated with the Tharawal Aboriginal Corporation, Gowrie and UnitingCare Burnside on designs for the Waranwarin Aboriginal Child and Family Centre. He is currently working with UnitingCare Children Young People and Families on several childcare and community projects in Western Sydney.
