often accept whatever workspace they have. Yet cramped areas, poor
air quality, lack of privacy and inadequate meeting space all affect
individual work and team collaboration. The initial focus of our
fitouts is always strategic consideratons of layout. For a client
who prioritised communication in open work space, we established
smaller workgroups to retain a sense of each group having 'owned'
space within the larger office area. This provided some acoustic
privacy, individual control over personal work space and flexibility.
We have also provided clients with envronmentally responsible
options by developing systems that used low impact, reusable and
robust materials, including cardboard tubes, compressed straw wall
panels and recycled truck tautliner dividers. We ensure fitouts
satisfy the critical need our clients have to minimise construction
costs and ensuring quick occupation.
